Our products are 100% natural and are packaged with utmost care to preserve their quality. Once a product is opened, tampered with, or the seal is broken, it is No Refunds, Returns, Replacements Or Exchange On sealed Natural Products.
2. Exceptions for Outer Packaging Issues
In the rare event that you receive your order with damage to the outer packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, determine if a remedy is possible. Please note that:
• Remedies in such cases are not guaranteed.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours for consideration.
• Damage product will be replaced with 5 working days
